The real story behind Batman

This crime-fighting hero is another D.C. Comics character that first appeared in the Detective Comics series, #27 in 1939.    So how did this mild mannered playboy, millionaire philanthropist known as Bruce Wayne become the super hero batman?

It started when young Bruce was a young boy, and he witnessed the murder of his mother and father.  From there, he made the decision to revenge the death of his parents and fight all crime.

Before the recent success of Batman – The Dark Knight Returns movie series, there was a successful Batman Television show that ran from 1966-1968.

Now, you can find images and the likeness of Batman on all kinds of media, from Batman lunch box to Batman Halloween Costumes and beyond!  Batman is now just as much a part of Americana as apple pie!  Why not let your pet enjoy a part of such Americana in his or her own little Batman Pet Costume!
