Don’t worry, just because your pet is dressed like a bee doesn’t mean they will carry the often feared bee sting.  Here’s some bee trivia to test your mental agility:

First, bees have been around for millions of years.  In fact, the modern honey bee has been around about three times longer than the Rocky Mountains.  Although the average worker bee only lives for seven to eight weeks, the queen bee can live up to 2 – 8 years!  (It only shows you that stress kills — those poor worker bees!)

One feature of bees like no other is that they have the ability to see ultra-violet color.  Maybe it’s the five eyes that bees have.  Bees have six legs like most insects, and they have four wings, two on each side.
